Lolla is proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Chef Yusuke Takada of La Cime(Osaka) and his team as part of 50 Best Signature Sessions - a series of collaboration events organized by The World’s 50Best leading up to the awarding of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants on 28 March 2023.
The sold out event was held on 12 June to coincide with Philippines Independence Day. It was an especially meaningful occasion for the chefs to pay homage by sharing their culture, heritage and culinary backgrounds with diners in Singapore.
To celebrate, there will be an exceptional collaboration dinner at Lolla on Thursday 21 September 2023 by Chef Pam (Pichaya Soontornyanakij) of Potong Bangkok and our very own Chef Johanne Siy.
