La Cime x Lolla: 50Best Signature Sessions.

Lolla is proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Chef Yusuke Takada of La Cime (Osaka) and his team as part of 50 Best Signature Sessions - a series of collaboration events organized by The World’s 50Best leading up to the awarding of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants on 28 March 2023.
The sold out event was held on 12 June to coincide with Philippines Independence Day. It was an especially meaningful occasion for the chefs to pay homage by sharing their culture, heritage and culinary backgrounds with diners in Singapore.

A combination of two things Chef Jo loves -- noodles and sweet briny uni. The fideua is cooked in shellfish broth and squid ink, and topped with fresh uni from Hokkaido. Garnished with spring onion and young sansho pepper leaves.
