After an exceptionally successfulat Restaurant Metronome in Manila, the three award-winning chefs, Margarita Forés (Grace Park, Lusso and Cibo, Asia’s Best Female Chef 2016), Chef Miko Calo (Metronome French Restaurant, Tatler Phillipines' Chef of the Year 2022) and Lolla's Chef Johanne Siy (Asia’s Best Female Chef 2023, World Gourmet Awards' Chef of the Year (Female) 2021) came together to reprise the event in Singapore.
The atmosphere at Lolla was alive with warmth and hospitality. Guests were welcomed like old friends and family; and conversations surrounded personal anecdotes, inspiration and new discoveries. It was a magnificent feat for the three teams working in harmony within our small open kitchen, much to the delight of our guests.
